William de-Heer Johnson
Founder | Director of Marketing and Communications

William personifies the term ‘leading from the front’. Unafraid and undeterred, he ensures that the Lovelace Foundation remains at the forefront of deploying educational and health programmes to the disadvantaged in Ghana. William has over thirteen years of experience in Marketing. His role as an Account Executive with the University of Phoenix gave him an in-depth qualitative exploration of distance learning. There he worked as part of a graduation team to ensure the students’ success. William volunteers in a varied range of outreach projects in the United Kingdom to tackle some of the issues associated with young people in the NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) category which includes low educational attainment, homelessness, and gang membership. These young people are thought pro-social behaviours and work skills so they may have a purpose in life to become active citizens in the community.
